Taken during a bubble ring blowing class by my friend Leslie120 viewsEver since I started diving in Thailand, I've been working on my bubble ring blowing technique. The really good ones start off as complete circles and are fat (like this one). Then, if there's not a lot of current, you get to see them get bigger and bigger as they go up.

Mandarin Fish, Yap Micronesia95 viewsPound for Pound, the Mandarin fish is one of the most colorful little guys that I've seen underwater so far. They are somewhat rare to photograph as they are hard to find, only come out at dusk, and move around very quickly.

Manta Ray, Yap Micronesia70 viewsThis is the second of 2 shots taken of this Manta. The strobe lights did not have time to re-cycle so this is all natural light. I like this one better of the 2 shots.

James "Snappy" Walker69 viewsTaken in Belize in the spring of 2007. James and I shared a cabin on a live a board boat. We had the exact same number of dives at the time are were both on our first trips with our underwater camera rigs. We had a great time and I'd dive with James anytime (even if he is a Cannon guy).

2 Eyed Lion Fish63 viewsI was on my first night dive on the house reef at Wakatobi when I saw this Halloween colored fish. I started taking shots of it and noticed that it was really good at swimming backwards. It wasn't until about the 3 shot that I realized I was taking pictures of his tail.
