Passenger Policies
For Your Flight
Please read the following to help your tour go smoothly.
1. Follow Your Pilot's Directions - This is both a Federal law and the
best way to ensure a fun time for everyone.
2. No food or drinks - This keeps the helicopter clean.
3. Weight Limitations and Excess baggage - Please limit what you bring
on your tour to only those things you need (cameras, sunglasses,
etc..). There is a 240 lbs per seat limitation so if you're over
that, sorry.
4. No smoking
5. Fly Sober - Federal law prohibits us from allowing any passenger in
the helicopter that appears intoxicated.
Booking Your Tour
1. Cancellation - We would appreciate it if
you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your tour.
2. Contact Phone - It would be best if you could provide us with a way
to get in touch with you. That way, on the day of your tour we
can check the weather to make sure that it's going to be a good day for
a tour.
